We are grateful to Glencoe Park District for welcoming Puppy Yoga and helping us bring a little extra joy to the community.

There is something truly special about watching people disconnect from daily stress, step onto their mats, and spend an hour surrounded by playful puppies, laughter, and connection.

While Puppy Yoga is certainly fun, it is also about creating moments of presence, relaxation, and genuine happiness. Seeing smiles, hearing laughter, and watching new friendships form is what makes these events so meaningful.
