We are grateful to Villa Park for welcoming us and allowing us to share a restorative Sound Bath experience with members of the community.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and take a break from the pace of everyday life. It was wonderful to see residents come together for an evening of gentle movement, immersive sound, and intentional relaxation.

Community wellness events like these remind us that self-care doesn’t have to happen alone. When people gather to rest, reflect, and share meaningful experiences, stronger and healthier communities are created.
