A twice-monthly ritual for slowing down, checking in with yourself, and moving through life a little more intentionally.

Twice a month, around the New Moon and Full Moon, we gather for an immersive evening designed to feel less like a traditional wellness class and more like a ritual you genuinely look forward to returning to.

Moon Sound Bath is a space to step outside of your normal routine for a little while, put your phone away, lie down under a blanket, listen to the sound of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments, and give yourself time to notice what has been happening inside you before immediately moving on to the next thing.

Life moves quickly, and most of us are constantly responding to something: work, family, plans, messages, decisions, other people’s needs and the endless mental list of what still needs to be done. Even when everything is technically fine, it can be surprisingly easy to go weeks without asking yourself how you actually feel, what you want more of, what has been draining you, or whether the direction you are moving in still feels like your own.

This experience was created as a regular pause for exactly that.

The moon gives us a beautiful rhythm to return to. The New Moon becomes a moment to look forward, while the Full Moon gives us a reason to look back, release what feels complete and notice what we may be carrying unnecessarily.

It is simple, intuitive, a little mystical, and deeply human.

New Moon Sound Baths details

The New Moon gathering is centered around beginnings, intentions and creating space for what you want to invite into your life next.

We begin the evening with a short guided reflection designed to help you slow down and check in with yourself. Instead of setting enormous goals or trying to “manifest” an entirely new life overnight, the practice is much more personal and grounded.

You settle into an immersive sound bath and allow yourself to simply rest.

There is nothing to achieve during the experience and no particular state you are supposed to reach. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some become reflective, some notice emotions or ideas they have not had space for, and some simply enjoy being warm under a blanket while beautiful sound fills the room.

After the sound bath, we transition slowly into tea and journaling. You can use our monthly reflection prompts, write freely, create a small visual journal page, talk with a friend or simply sit with your tea and enjoy the atmosphere before going home.

The intention is not to leave with your entire life figured out. It is to leave feeling a little more connected to yourself and a little clearer about where you want to place your energy next.

Full Moon Sound Baths details

The Full Moon gathering has a slightly different feeling and is centered around reflection, release and closure.

It is an opportunity to notice what has been taking up space in your mind and whether all of it still deserves to be there.

Sometimes that is a situation you keep replaying, pressure you have placed on yourself, an expectation that no longer fits, a habit you are tired of carrying or simply the mental noise that accumulates when life has been especially full.

We begin with a gentle release practice before moving into the sound bath. Nothing dramatic is required and you never have to share anything personal with the group unless you want to. The ritual is simply a way to mark a transition and give your mind permission to put something down, even temporarily.

The sound experience then becomes the central part of the evening, with layers of bowls, chimes and percussion creating a space where you are not required to talk, solve, organize or perform.

Afterward, we gather for herbal tea and a relaxed period of journaling and conversation. Some evenings may include traditional prompts, while others may incorporate junk journaling with words, images, textures and small visual elements that allow you to reflect without having to explain everything perfectly (grab your journal with you).

The Full Moon gathering is not about forcing yourself to “let go” of something before you are ready. It is simply an invitation to notice what feels complete, what feels heavy, what has changed, and what you may no longer want to bring with you into the next part of the month.

Why Moon Sound Bath by Reset Vibes

What makes Moon Sound Bath different is what happens around the sound itself.

We want the evening to feel like a complete experience rather than a class that ends the moment the final bowl becomes quiet.

The room is intentionally styled to feel warm, soft and beautiful. The lighting is low, the pace is unhurried, and every gathering includes time to arrive mentally before the sound bath and time to return slowly afterward.

Seasonal herbal tea is served after each session, and every moon gathering has its own reflection theme so that the experience continues evolving throughout the year.

Some months may include guided journaling, while others may include visual or junk journaling, simple symbolic rituals, reflection cards or small creative elements connected to that particular moon.

You can come alone and use the evening as personal time, or come with a friend and stay afterward to talk about what came up for each of you.

Over time, the gatherings begin to feel less like individual events and more like markers within your own year.

You start noticing what you were thinking about a month ago, what changed, what never mattered as much as you thought it did, which ideas keep returning, and where your attention seems to be naturally moving.

That is the part we love most.

Modern Ritual

There has always been something deeply human about gathering together at meaningful moments, using sound, warmth, repetition and ritual to mark change.

Moon Sound Bath takes that instinct and gives it a modern form.

There are no complicated spiritual rules, no expectation that you believe in astrology, and no pressure to be deeply experienced with meditation, sound healing or anything else.

You can be someone who loves moon rituals and owns ten journals, or someone who simply had a brutal week and wants to lie down somewhere peaceful for an hour.

Both belong here.

The experience is intentionally somewhere between wellness, ritual, creativity and community. It has enough symbolism to make the evening feel special, but it remains easy, approachable and grounded.

You do not need to become a different version of yourself while you are here.

The whole point is to have enough quiet to notice the version of yourself who is already there.

Benefits
  • Moon Sound Bath gives you intentional time to step away from everyday noise, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.

  • You may leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and mentally clearer, with a little more space around whatever has been taking up too much of your attention.

  • The combination of sound, reflection, tea, and journaling can help you notice what you want more of, what you are ready to release, and where you want to place your energy next.

  • It is also a beautiful way to create a regular ritual for yourself, a moment of rest, reflection, and realignment.

  • Sound baths use layers of resonant sound and vibration to create a deeply immersive experience that can make it easier to slow down, relax, and shift attention away from constant mental stimulation.

  • Our guests find that the combination of sustained tones, gentle vibration, and quiet rest helps reduce feelings of stress, ease physical tension, support deeper relaxation, and create a meditative state without requiring any meditation experience.
What do I need to know

Moon Sound Bath takes place twice each month, once around the New Moon and once around the Full Moon.

You can come to whichever gathering feels right for you, or make both part of your monthly rhythm, or join just once.

For some people, the New Moon becomes a time to think about direction and intention, while the Full Moon becomes a natural moment to reflect and release.

For others, it is simply two evenings each month that are protected from errands, work, screens and obligations, their own type of therapy and time for reflection.

Either way, the ritual becomes familiar.

You arrive, settle in, listen, reflect, drink tea and give yourself a little space before returning to the rest of your life.

And then, a few weeks later, you can come back and check your coordinates again.

Moon Sound Bath is held in at our partner studio, with limited space at each gathering.
