Puppy Yoga is a unique yoga class that blends gentle movement with playful time spent with puppies. While you move through simple, beginner-friendly poses, puppies roam freely around the room - cuddling, playing, and adding pure joy to every moment. This isn’t just about yoga - it’s about stress relief, laughter, and creating memories that make you smile long after the class ends.

• 1 hour session: guided 30 minutes yoga flow designed for beginners and all levels, adorable puppies interacting with you throughout the session and 30 minutes for play, cuddles, and plenty of photos

• Puppy Yoga is a family-friendly experience, but to keep the class safe and enjoyable for everyone (including our puppies), we have a few important guidelines:

• Children ages 7–15 must be accompanied by an adult.

• One adult can supervise a maximum of two children.

• Both adults and children need their own tickets to attend the event. Please book adult and children ticket.

• Studio space is limited, so we encourage adults to fully join the session - not just supervise from the side.
